I had a rough bout with ear infections and was on a long stint of antibiotics. I prefer probiotics in food versus pills, but attempt to avoid dairy. I was excited when my daughter told me about Califia Farms establish-based yogurt drinks. I accept tried all the flavors simply prefer the apparently due to the lower sugar content. I accept been drinking it daily for a few months. It saved my tummy from the side furnishings of the antibiotics, but now that I am no longer taking them it helps with my daily digestion. Plus information technology tastes delicious! I am a huge fan.

This was my first time trying Califia Yogurt and truly enjoyed!! Pleasantly
surprised!!
I think it tasted pretty expert and actually soothed my breadbasket after spicy food.
